The Atlantica Hotel is a well known landmark in downtown Halifax. The owner of the Hotel, who recently purchased this property, has worked with us on numerous projects and contacted us to help bring some life back to this Halifax landmark.
Via Rail Building Envelope Refurbishment Phase 1 & 2
The Historic Halifax Via Rail Station is undergoing an exterior refurbishment, including new windows and roofing and restoration of the brick, stone and concrete facade. Phase 1 was completed in Spring 2024.
