The Atlantica Hotel is a well known landmark in downtown Halifax. The owner of the Hotel, who recently purchased this property, has worked with us on numerous projects and contacted us to help bring some life back to this Halifax landmark. The project involved a multi million dollar renovation to the common areas of the hotel while maintaining ongoing operations through a modified construction management model of delivery. As with the many other projects we have successfully completed with this owner, we worked together to establish not only the best materials and methods for the upgrades but also the importance of maintaining budgets, safety, and schedule.
