We have worked with the owner of this Hotel on several occasions. This project involved constructing a brand new Hilton Garden Inn near the Halifax International Airport. This 100+ room hotel was constructed in 10 months in order to take advantage of the prime travel season and was completed under a construction management model in order to fast track the construction process. Since the completion of this hotel, we have also been called back to complete an addition for a restaurant and to modify some of the conference space.
