Under a construction management model, we work collaboratively with Jono Developments to construct an 8 storey hotel and a twenty storey multi unit residential building on a parcel of land in the core of downtown Halifax. Working on any project in the downtown centre of Halifax always presents logistical issues that must be worked through but with the size and complexity of this project this planning was essential to success. We work closely with the owner’s group to ensure costs and the quality of the work exceeds their expectations. This project will be a landmark in the downtown core and attention to all details is paramount.
