Maxim has constructed numerous long term care facilities through the Atlantic Provinces. We have constructed new facilities for Shannex, Gem Health Care, and the Provincial Governments to name a few. In our current cultural environment these facilities have become of the utmost importance to maintaining a good quality of life for our seniors and we are proud to have been involved in providing well in excess of 1,000 beds. We have successfully completed these projects with various delivery models from lump sum pricing to construction management. These projects also require a high level of infectious control to ensure the end products are safe and healthy with our staff having extensive knowledge and training.
