An owner we have worked with several times in the past approached us to get involved in a multi unit residential project in St. John’s, Newfoundland. We worked collaboratively with the owner on this project and provided our input and knowledge from design choices to schedule concerns through a construction management model. The location of this new build in the heart of downtown St. John’s created logistical issues throughout the project that we successfully worked through. The 100+ units boosted high levels of finishes and quality control was paramount throughout the construction.
