The former Jeddore Lakeville Elementary School will be converted into 16 affordable, one-bedroom units including storage, 8 ocean-view and 8 garden-view. It is the first of its kind in the Oyster Pond area addressing an important need in the community.
Each unit will be roughly 600 square feet in size and will have brand new windows, doors, heat pump and appliances.
